Job Summary
Driving strategy and development for knowledge-layer capabilities, the full-time remote Product Manager, Knowledge Platform will focus on understanding customer problems and translating them into clear product direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities

- Lead discovery of new capabilities by identifying customer problems and validating opportunities
- Translate complex data opportunities into clear product requirements and specifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role with demonstrated autonomy and ownership
- Significant experience working in a data-rich environment
- Technical fluency in data, analytics, AI, machine learning, or knowledge systems
- Strong interest in AI, knowledge representation, and labor market intelligence
