Product Manager (Leadership)

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time salaried Product Manager (Leadership) will drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products while managing and developing a talented team of product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives with engineers and designers to create innovative solutions
• Establish a shared vision and build consensus on product priorities across the company
• Define success metrics and integrate user research to enhance product satisfaction and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
• 12+ years of collaborative experience with engineering, design, and user research teams
• 8+ years of experience in hiring and managing product teams
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field
