Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager L&D to oversee learning and development product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision, success metrics, and outcomes for learning and development products
• Manage and refine the L&D product roadmap, making strategic prioritization decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective product solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital engagement platforms
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with learning platforms such as LMS and LXP systems
