Product Manager, Life Sciences

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Pharma/Life Sciences) to lead the strategy and evolution of patient assistance programs and free goods dispensing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and Free Goods dispensing solutions
• Design and optimize workflows for patient eligibility, enrollment, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
• Direct experience in life sciences/pharma services, specifically with Patient Support Programs (PSPs) or Patient Assistance Programs (PAP)
• Strong understanding of Hub services and specialty pharmacy ecosystems
• Experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA and GxP
• Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions
