Job Summary

Product Manager, Literacy, is a full-time position responsible for managing the lifecycle of the core Literacy product line, ensuring alignment with the mission of providing high-quality instructional materials through market research, user insights, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end product management including market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, pricing, and launch
  • Collaborate with various teams to strategize on state adoptions, pricing bundles, and large-district opportunities
  • Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback to inform product decisions and monitor product line P&L
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in education publishing, product development, or project management, preferably in K-12 education
  • Alignment with the philosophy and instructional design of knowledge-building education
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various teams and levels of leadership
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic pricing and ROI
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
