Job Summary

Own the Live Operations roadmap and P&L, ensuring player value and engagement
Plan and forecast LiveOps performance, including revenue and retention metrics
Ship live products that deliver real value to players, balancing paid and non-paid experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management, live operations, or monetization for live products
Demonstrated experience shipping live products that players pay for
Experience contributing to revenue forecasts or business performance
Strong analytical skills to connect player behavior with revenue outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
