Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager (Loyalty/CRM) for a 9-month remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and KPIs
- Partner with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, brand-aligned experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, or customer experience platforms
- Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint
- Bonus: Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or partner integrations
