Product Manager - Managed Infrastructure

Job Summary

Owning and growing a portfolio of managed infrastructure solutions, the remote Principal Product Manager - Managed Infrastructure will develop product strategy, convert custom deals into repeatable offerings, and lead cross-functional execution to support hyperscaler and neocloud customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for managed infrastructure solutions targeted at hyperscaler and neocloud buyers
• Convert one-off hyperscaler infrastructure deals into repeatable productized offers with standard SKUs and operational playbooks
• Serve as the product point of contact on strategic hyperscaler pursuits, partnering with Sales and Legal on contract structures

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or network engineering, with at least 3 years focused on hyperscaler or large-scale wholesale customers
• Deep knowledge of optical transport, dark fiber, and network economics
• Proven track record of productizing custom infrastructure solutions into repeatable revenue
• Experience with pricing, IRU structures, and contract negotiation support
• Excellent executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
