Job Summary
Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the marketing technology ecosystem, the full-time Product Manager, Marketing Technology will manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP), engagement platform, and AI-driven personalization initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute a multi-quarter product roadmap across the MarTech stack
- Maintain the master customer data dictionary and oversee identity resolution strategies
- Translate marketing and business strategies into actionable platform capabilities for audience activation and personalization
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of product management experience focused on marketing technology or customer data platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of CDP platforms and experience with engagement or lifecycle marketing platforms
- Deep understanding of customer data concepts, including identity resolution and audience segmentation
- Strong grasp of API integrations and data pipelines, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional platform products in an agile environment
