Job Summary
Leading the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace, the full-time remote Product Manager, Marketplace will manage the two-sided surface where partners and developers publish integrations, ensuring effortless discovery and integration for developers while maintaining high listing standards and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace, facilitating integration publishing and discovery
- Enhance the developer experience by streamlining the integration process from discovery to installation
- Define metrics for a healthy marketplace and establish quality standards in collaboration with Engineering and Partnerships teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or marketplaces, or experience as an ex-founder
- Proven track record of building and growing a two-sided marketplace or developer platform
- Ability to prioritize speed and iterative learning over perfection in product development
- Hands-on experience using the marketplace from both the partner and developer perspectives
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity in research and feedback synthesis
