• Understanding of backend technical performance and its impact on consumer behavior
• Comfortable diving into data to track KPIs such as Quote Success Rates and Conversion
• Ability to bridge communication between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences
