Key Responsibilities

Optimize Marketplace Performance: Improve quoting system logic and eligibility rules to maximize competitive quotes
Own the Funnel: Diagnose customer drop-off points in the quoting journey and implement solutions to enhance quote success rates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
Understanding of backend technical performance and its impact on consumer behavior
Comfortable with data analysis and tracking key performance indicators
Ability to communicate effectively between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
Passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences
