Job Summary
To enhance the merchant experience within Wizard's AI shopping ecosystem, the full-time remote Product Manager, Merchant Experience will define the strategy and roadmap for merchant-facing products, focusing on onboarding, catalog management, and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for the merchant platform and product experiences
- Build products to optimize merchant onboarding, catalog management, and performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve merchant data integration and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in commerce, marketplace, or retail technology
- Experience with merchant-facing or B2B products that drive adoption and engagement
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, including APIs and reporting platforms
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions
