Job Summary
Owning the strategy and delivery of Xplor's self-serve merchant portal, the full-time Product Manager - Merchant Experience will enhance merchant interactions by providing clear transaction views, accurate reporting, and self-service account management, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the strategy and roadmap for the merchant portal across global markets
- Define and ensure the accuracy of transaction reporting and payout statements for merchants
- Manage merchant self-service capabilities, focusing on reducing support contact rates through intuitive design
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of product management experience, specifically with B2B SaaS or self-serve products
- Strong background in product discovery and design partnership
- Experience presenting complex financial data to non-technical users
- Proficiency in using product analytics to measure user behavior and impact
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools to enhance product management output
