Product Manager - Merchant Experience

Job Summary

Owning the discovery and delivery of Xplor's self-serve merchant portal, the full-time Product Manager - Merchant Experience will manage strategy and roadmap, enhance transaction visibility, and drive self-service capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategy and roadmap for the self-serve merchant portal across global markets
• Define clear reporting and ensure transparency in transactions and fees for merchants
• Drive adoption and engagement of the portal by improving user experience and reducing support contact rates

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or self-serve products
• Strong product craft with a track record of shipping intuitive self-serve experiences
• Experience presenting complex financial data clearly to non-technical users
• Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools to enhance product management output
• Comfort working with product analytics to understand user behavior and measure impact
