• Manage the developer platform roadmap, focusing on API design and integration tooling
• Collaborate with engineering to develop platform integrations and ensure merchant success

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a technical customer-facing role
• Proficiency with REST APIs and understanding of API documentation
• Experience in operational aspects of merchant needs, including reconciliation and reporting
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with AI tools for product development and analysis
