Product Manager, Mortgage Technology

Job Summary

Serving as the primary Product Manager for Maxwell's mortgage Point of Sale application, the remote full-time position will manage the borrower, lending team, and real estate agent experiences while overseeing API integrations and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the borrower experience from application to closing signatures, ensuring a seamless process
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality product solutions
• Prioritize the product backlog, evaluating and sequencing features to maintain strong shipping velocity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
• 3+ years in mortgage technology with a strong understanding of Loan Officer, Processor, and Mortgage Ops workflows
• Excellent communication skills, capable of producing clear product documentation and presenting to stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to analysis and decision-making for prioritization and feature scoping
• Experience managing third-party integrations via APIs
