Job Summary

Owning the user engagement lifecycle, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the roadmap for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, focusing on onboarding, retention, and growth while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the roadmap for mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
  • Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and minimize time-to-value
  • Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and run structured experiments to improve key metrics
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
  • Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
  • Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside distributed engineering and design teams
