Job Summary

Owning the user engagement lifecycle for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding experiences, and drive user retention while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
  • Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and branding
  • Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to maximize user activation and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and retention
  • Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
  • Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
