Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance onboarding and retention strategies, and drive user engagement in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while balancing platform-native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer that enables enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation and minimize time-to-value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption, retention, or engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making tradeoffs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with distributed engineering and design teams
