Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

To enhance user engagement with North, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define and execute the product roadmap for iOS, Android, and macOS applications while overseeing onboarding and retention strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization, including white-labeling and configurable systems
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or user growth
• Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
