Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement for the North AI platform in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance activation and minimize time-to-value
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track user lifecycle metrics through analytics instrumentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle PM
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience with trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret A/B test results
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
