Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee the shared platform components to enhance adoption and retention in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component layer that enables enterprise-level customization and branding
• Design and iterate on user onboarding experiences to maximize activation and engagement across new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform development
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
