Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance user onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with the North AI platform in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile and macOS applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance activation and minimize time-to-value for new enterprise deployments
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track analytics to improve user engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or user growth
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
