Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance user onboarding, and drive engagement strategies while working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component layer for enterprise customization, including white-labeling and notification systems
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or user growth
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, with the ability to navigate trade-offs between native and cross-platform solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
