Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer to facilitate enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to optimize activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
