Job Summary
Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless native experience for the North AI platform, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while balancing platform-native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences (FTUX) and onboarding flows to drive activation and minimize time-to-value
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track analytics for funnel performance and feature adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
