Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement while working remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization, including white-labeling and notification systems
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation and minimize time-to-value for new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
