Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap for North, focusing on onboarding, retention, and growth while collaborating with design and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and engagement
• Own analytics instrumentation to track performance metrics and run experiments to improve user retention and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
