Job Summary
Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee the shared component layer to enhance enterprise customization, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for North's native applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and improve user onboarding experiences
- Analyze user engagement metrics and run experiments to enhance feature adoption and retention across the user lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native versus cross-platform approaches
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret A/B test results
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
