Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap for North, focusing on user onboarding, retention, and growth while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization and manage analytics to track user engagement and feature adoption
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Ability to define metrics, instrument products, and analyze A/B test results effectively
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and design teams to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
