Job Summary
Owning the user experience across multiple platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the roadmap for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, focusing on onboarding, retention, and growth while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for mobile applications, balancing native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and improve user engagement metrics through analytics and experimentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive adoption and retention
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
