Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive platform capabilities, and enhance user engagement through effective onboarding and retention strategies in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component layer for enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle PM
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that improve user engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
