Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, drive platform-specific capabilities, and enhance user onboarding and engagement for North, an enterprise AI platform, in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer to facilitate enterprise customization and branding
• Design and optimize first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and conducting A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
