Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap, drive onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation and minimize time-to-value for new enterprise deployments
• Own analytics instrumentation to track performance metrics and run experiments to improve user engagement and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
