Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, macOS, and web, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement for North, an enterprise AI platform, in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile and desktop applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization, including branding and notification systems
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with mobile/native applications or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
