Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive onboarding and retention strategies, and enhance user engagement through analytics and experimentation in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization and configuration
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of successfully shipping mobile or platform-layer products that impact adoption and retention
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and running A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
