Job Summary
Owning the user engagement and adoption strategy, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, drive platform capabilities, and oversee the user lifecycle from onboarding to retention in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization, including white-labeling and configurable features
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform solutions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret A/B test results
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
