Job Summary
Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance onboarding and engagement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and retention in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track performance metrics through analytics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and conducting A/B tests
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
