Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement strategies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to facilitate enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences (FTUX) and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of successfully launching mobile or platform-layer products that impact user adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to make trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Experience with analytics instrumentation and running A/B tests to inform product decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering and design teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
