Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee the onboarding process for North, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer to facilitate enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle PM
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive user engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical skills to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret A/B test results
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and design teams while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
