Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance user onboarding and retention strategies, and ensure a cohesive platform experience across devices in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while balancing platform-native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer that enables enterprise customization for the platform
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to optimize user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and the ability to navigate trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and conducting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
