Job Summary
Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive onboarding and retention strategies, and enhance user engagement in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile and desktop applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to minimize time-to-value and drive user activation
- Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track performance metrics through analytics instrumentation and structured experiments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
