Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, drive user engagement strategies, and enhance onboarding processes for the North AI platform in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization and configuration
• Design and iterate on onboarding flows and user experiences to drive activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams
