Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, oversee onboarding and retention strategies, and ensure a seamless user lifecycle across all platforms in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, balancing native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer that enables enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on onboarding flows and user experiences to drive activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
