Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap, drive user engagement strategies, and enhance onboarding processes in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer for enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and tradeoffs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
