Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user lifecycle and engagement strategies for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance onboarding experiences, and drive user retention, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer that supports enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate onboarding flows and user experiences to enhance activation and retention for new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
