Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive platform capabilities, and enhance user onboarding and retention strategies in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on onboarding flows to minimize time-to-value and enhance user engagement across new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching mobile or platform-layer products that significantly impact adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
