Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding and retention in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and engagement
• Own analytics instrumentation to track performance metrics, run experiments, and validate product decisions through user feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or user growth
• Proven track record of successfully launching mobile or platform-layer products that positively impact user engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and the ability to navigate trade-offs between native and cross-platform solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and interpreting A/B test results
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside distributed engineering and design teams
