Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, drive engagement strategies, and enhance onboarding processes while working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component layer for enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth PM
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and conducting A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams
